Musee de L’Abeille – Quebec

If you are visiting Quebec City I can highly recommend a quick visit to the Musee de L’Abeille at Chateau-Richer. There you will be warmly greeted by Yolande and Monique who will quickly show you the extensive range of products and explain any questions regarding the life of a bee. The small store has a good selection of bee products for consumption along with many produced from local suppliers. Their website here explains in French and English all the info along with some great looking recipes for future experimentation.

If you have the time, don’t forget to get over to Ile D’Orleans. They also have very good honey!
